Interim Recertification Procedures Overview
When you create an interim recertification in Voyager, you will create the recertification from the most recent full certification summary record and then change the information in the interim recertification.
A resident record includes a summary of a resident's existing certifications with links to the certification summary records. A resident record also includes certification history links that open lists of all certifications in the order that they were created.
The following graphic shows a resident record and the links to the resident's existing 50059, LIHTC, and HOME certification summary records.
You can click a link to open the resident's most recent certification summary record and use it to add the interim recertification.
The following graphic shows a partial view of a 50059 certification summary record. In this example, the user is ready to add an interim 50059 certification.
Selecting Interim Recert in the Functions field at the top of the screen and then clicking Go creates the interim recertification. If the certification has corresponding certifications for other housing programs, a message will appear confirming that you want to create the corresponding interim recertifications. Selecting Yes automatically creates the corresponding recertification.
After creating the certification, you are ready to add the new information to the record.
